What We Collect

When you fill out a quote form, create a customer account, or bring a vehicle in, we collect:

• Name, phone number, email address
• Vehicle details (year, make, model, VIN, mileage)
• What service you're asking about and any details you share
• Photos and notes from work performed on your vehicle

What We Do With It

• Quote and serve you. We use your contact info and vehicle details to reach out, prepare estimates, and perform work.
• Send updates. SMS and email updates about your job — only if you opted in. You can opt out anytime from your customer portal or by replying STOP to a text.
• Keep records. Your service history stays in our system so we can reference past work on your vehicle.

What We Don't Do

• We don't sell your information to anyone.
• We don't share your contact info with third parties for marketing.
• We don't post your name, vehicle, or photos publicly without your consent. You control what goes on our builds page through the privacy settings in your customer portal.

Who Else Touches Your Data

We use a few standard tools to run the shop. They store data on our behalf and don't use it for their own purposes:

• Supabase — secure database for accounts and work records
• Resend — sends emails (account verification, estimates, etc.)
• Stripe — processes payments (we never see your full card number)
• QuickBooks — accounting and invoicing
• Google — Maps for our location and reviews on our public listing

Your Rights

You can ask us to:

• Show you what we have on file
• Correct anything inaccurate
• Delete your account and personal information (we may keep records of completed work for accounting / warranty reasons)
